 I have Graduated from San Jose State University with MS in Electrical Engineering in May 2018, currently working Full time as the Electrical Engineer at Volans-I, Inc. in the Research and Development Team. I want to excel in Hardware Systems Engineering, as I have a lot of hands-on experience in Embedded Hardware systems design and integration of Electro-mechanical Systems, High Speed Signal Integrity, Python Scripting, Embedded C, etc. and had my hands dirty with various testing equipment such as Digital Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Multimeter etc. Actively seeking for Full-time Opportunity to work in domains such as Embedded Systems, Hardware Engineering, Schematic Design and Testing, Robotics Automation and Controls of AC and DC Motors and Actuators, and Signal Integrity to implement my skills and cope up with the latest Technologies. Being the Head as well as Lead Hardware Designer of the Robotics Team during my Undergraduate and being a part of Cisco Systems and ON Semiconductors here in San Jose, I have been skilled in Hardware Design and Systems integration, which makes me a high potential candidate.

Electrical Engineer at Avionics Research and Development

  •  The Electrical Engineer of the Team

  • Designed 6 layered PCB design for Autopilot (Pixhawk) based Avionics Board (Schematic and Layout) and Ground Station for the Unmanned VTOL aircrafts. Also programmed the on board PIC16 Microcontrollers.

  • Responsibilities include Troubleshooting Electrical components in the Aircraft (Power Board, Avionics Board, BLDC Motors, ESCs and Servos), Wiring Harness designs (SolidWorks Electrical) and Routing in the Fuselage.

  • Designed and developed a stationary VTOL Aircraft for day to day Ground testing that helped the company in troubleshooting and
    predicting faults on the Ground without actually flying the Aircraft.

Hardware Engineering Intern

  • Designed Schematic for PCB using CAD tools including Cadence Concept and Allegro for automating testing of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI and UART. Wrote a python automation scripts in Unix Environment that saved around 30% of the time while testing PCBs. â–ª Evaluated the Signal Integrity results and debugged High Speed Board Design and High-Speed Communication Protocols such as RGMII, SGMII, SERDES, etc. Stackup Planning, Testing and debugging of IOT Routers, Tested and Validated the performance of DDR3/4 RAM Operation to ensure proper working of Memory. â–ª Gave insights and discussed the performance of Solar based IOT System to debug a client issue with the IOT router powered by Solar panels and hence got recognized by the management. Also, successfully managed and negotiated with the PCB and Keysight Oscilloscope vendors and ensured timely project completion.

  • Used to trains undergraduate students to be able to participate in the inter-college Robotic competitions throughout the nation. Leaded and managed the team of 35 people that participated in National Level Robotics Competition - ABU Robocon. Organized a national level Robotics Workshop used to welcome the newly admitted undergraduate students and giving the Hands-on experience in the field of Robotics.

Embedded Systems Engineer

  • Built, developed and certified a Solar Pump Inverter “Ecotron” using MPPT algorithm to maximize the Water Output of 3 – phase Solar AC Pump along with a Data Logger which along with logging the machine data to the server, also controls the machine using SMS and E-mail sent from the Master Controller, which is currently the major revenue source for the organization.

  • Integrated Solar 3 – phase Pump ABB and Yaskawa Drives with the ATMEGA1284 microcontroller using Serial RS232 and MODBUS RS485 communication Protocols respectively.

  • Developed Automatic Control Algorithms and relevant Hardware with Protocols as SPI, UART, CAN and Ethernet for controlling the DC Fans, Compressors and Flow Control Valves and integrated Datalogger for Solar Powered Micro Cold Storage.
